We require our prospective clients/venues to register with us and request a registration form for various reasons including but not limited to gathering your contact details, to establish vital information relating to the venue and audience, facilities that is required to make the show a success such as the size of the performance area, what limiters (Noise level) the venue is set, parking space facilities, i.e. for how many vehicles, is there sleeper coach, tour truck, trailer space as well as the size and facilities of the changing area etc. In some cases a sound and lighting engineer may be required or specific requests from the artist/performer themselves. Our forms cover in depth vital information gathering and once registered with us should you book with us again in the future we will already have your information at hand to save this necessary process.
